The old carpets made me question my choices, yet the overall vibe was charming.

My room was big and had a fine bed. Fruit and cheese provided for breakfast was great. Its location was very central, minute walk from an art gallery

Ideal and quaint hotel in a favourable position on the Rhine River. Perfect and impressive room provided with tea/coffee, bath and a private bathroom in the hallway. The breakfast was plentiful and good and the staff was superfriendly.

Checking-in was quite awkward as the reception desk was closed. I had to use the bar instead, and there was no clear indication about this. Lastly, I found the lack of adequate soundproofing made for some disturbances during late-night antics from nearby bars.

Receptionist was very polite, no music at night, as someone wrote here. Close to the river and city center.

No cold tap water. It is cold from the beginning, but after becomes worm. Looks like hot and cold water channels are not separated well. Probably that is why they don’t have empty glasses in the room. Breakfast is quite poor due to limited number of visiters.

The location is excellent to go to the Dom, Ludwig Museum,.. You can do a stroll along the river. Nice area to be. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was WOW 😍 The room was cozy, and the location is right in the heart of the old town, super close to the river. Just be ready for the stairs if you're on the top floor!

The position of the hotel is very central in the old town overlooking the Rhine.

The furnishings and carpet in the room were old and stained. The mattresses were very worn and uncomfortable.

Had very very good stay during Christmas holidays, the staff were efficient, location was stunning in the old town right opposite the river. The breakfast was plentiful, the check in was easy. Location: the hotel was right by the centre, the many Christmas markets and museums and the waterfront of the Ren river. It was a short walk to Delfter Haus, where you can have dinner.

This hotel exudes charm with its quirky historic decor and very nice views. The breakfast buffet was really good, with everything ranging from local delights to standard favorites. The staff were genuinely great.

For travelers with heavy luggage, this could be a hassle, especially when navigating to the upper floors. Some noise from nearby areas can be heard late at night.

It has great and awesome location for visiting an art gallery.

The hotel was in front of Rhein river. Eating breakfast with the view of Rhein was really enjoyable.

The location is fantastic, nestled in a quaint eatery above several bars along the waterfront. The atmosphere is enchanting with daily replenishment of complimentary drinks. Breakfast options are good, catering to varied tastes!
